RECTILINEAR SHEAR BLADES

We supply shear blades for guillotine shears with very high performance.

For their manufacture are used high quality of steels which allow the cutting of high strength sheet metal, such as stainless steel sheets, manganese and silicon sheets.

We perform the heat treatment with technologically advanced systems, managed by qualified employees team.

The surface grinding is performed by using tangential grinding to guarantee the maximum precision and to avoid micro-cracks creations that could compromise the duration of the blades.
 

At the end of the grinding operations, the blades are carefully demagnetized.
